In Advance:

• No visitors will be in the barn after Friday 25th September. Bullock Lake will then clean and clear the main body of the barn.

• Ticket purchasers will give contact details at the time of purchase, for all parties in their group.

• Staggered arrival times.

• The full safety plan will be posted on the website with a link on Eventbrite.

Venue set-up:

• Chairs will be provided by Bullock Lake. They will be arranged and sanitised by the Forum on Sunday morning.

• A safe area has been identified for Tech set-up. Area will be clear for his set-up on Sunday morning.

• Chairs arranged according to Forum Ticket sales (in groups or individually)

• There will be a check-in desk at entrance, with a supply of masks and sanitizer provided by the Forum. Another sanitizer station will be by the exit.

• There will be clear Signage with distancing, sanitizing, entry/exit instructions provided and placed by The Forum.
